P.I.T.D. is my personal art show about my journey in and out of a 1.5 yr depression that was caused by dramatic and traumatic life events I experienced from 2018-2024. 

I created this 2 art shows Oct on 20th 2024 and Oct 19th 2025 because I felt I had to tell my story about my personal journies through the dark caverns of the mind and expose the darkness with the more light. I told myself that this is a mission/human mission to help anyone in their journey of life, more importantly it was my own therapy to get back on track with life and people and self. The title for the art show 1 is "There is always a way out." The title for art show 2 is "The Comeback." I created 13 paintings as I traveled through depression. I performed art therapy on myself and experienced deep levels of creating art for this purpose. I wrote and published my first and second artbook/storybook/self help book. I also created show tees bc I love the idea of going to an event and purchasing a one of a kind show tee kind of like a concert tee with the names of the painitings on the back of the shirt. I also shared my story at the end of the art show on October 20th, 2024 and October 19th 2025

On October 19th 2025 I had my second Painting in the Dark art show. I used the same formula as the first art show and created my second art/story/self-help book and show tees. I wanted to conclude this chapter in my life and move on in life. I did not want to live in the darkness anymore. It was an incredible experience and can say art saved my life. The second art show is called "The Comeback." It's about me personally coming back to life, self and people.
